I cannot tell you how much joy you bring to me with the contents of your page. God bless you
for it and please do keep it up. Especially of a Sunday morning here in Vancouver, BC, with the
sun shining, and I look out at sea, sky and mountains, I turn up the volume on my PC, I feel
close to the land of my birth (while the mountains remind me of this other land that shares my
heart.). I just love the guitar work and I never fail to be touched by the "ghana" - one way or
the other! Many, many thanks.

Congratulations for the interest you have had on the Maltese folklore. The Maltese folklore is
tradition espacially, the ghana, I love the ghana and hope that this page will go on, so that we
will be informed of our tradition.

I would like to congratulate you on the marvellous and excellent Homepage on the Maltese
Ghana. Maltese Ghana is a folk art which has always kept me enthralled by its variety
expressing the variety of moods of our forefathers and I hope that today's ghana won't
degenerate and continue having its feeling, always expressing the innermost feeling of a proud
people which has come a long way. Again congratulations.

First of all, congrats on this splendid web page. Flattery (or modesty) apart, I am one of Malta's
leading singers (usually Pop/Ballads/Rock etc),,,,been on the Malta music scene since the
sixties. Recorded several Maltese records and also CDs. (My 1994 CD entitled "Made in Malta"
was quite a success ... contains tracks written by myself over the years) I am also a great
lover of Maltese Ghana..especially when sung well, in tune and in tempo ... unfortunately it's
not always the case ! On my latest CD ... released last week in Melbourne and Sydney,
Australia during my Concerts there (entitled "The Maltese Collection) ... I am pleased, proud and
honoured to have included a typical Maltese Ghanja ... even though I never sang "Ghana" before
... a duet I did with my favourite Maltese ghannej ... Frans Baldacchino "il-Budaj." Will gladly
send you a copy of the CD when you give me your address. Keep up the great work ... looking
forward to hearing from you, Regards, Enzo Gusman.

I work as site-coordinator and Assistant Co-ordinator Short Courses in the Foundation for
International Studies in Valletta. I regularly have elderly visitors from USA and Canada for two
weeks (groups average 40 ppl and come twice a month). This morning we were in Zejtun for the
procession of the Risen Christ and I took them to the Bocci Club to hear the ghana. They were
so pleased and interested!!! I met your nephew there, and he gave me the home page. I would
like to ask your permission to print a few pages about ghana, to show them, so that they can
learn more about our folk song. Would you mind? Prosit on your page - it is excellently done.
20: Frank Abela - Malta - 12/04/98
Congratulations for your excellent page and your efforts to let the world come to know about
our Ghana. Keep it up.

I met your webpage address in an article on L-Orizzont, Saturday 11th April 1998, while on
vacation in Malta. I think it is a very wonderful webpage. My permanent residence is Sydney
NSW, and besides enjoying your webpage I also met some old friends in Melbourne, Victoria
through your guest book. A wonderful presentation. Keep up the good work. Best regards. Rev
Joe Barbara MSSP.

Firstly, congratulations on a most enviable website. Having spent several months working on my
own site, and seeing yours, I realise I still have a long way to go. I have been a close friend of
Mannie Casha for 29 years and have watched with pleasure at his development within his
chosen field. Well done to you both for bringing your culture to the world.
