Changes
to the Constitution

Annual
General Meeting
|
|
There shall be a General Meeting by the Members of the Association to be held at a date , time and place to be fixed by the committee in each year. This will be called The Annual General Meeting and shall be held as soon as possible after the end of the financial year, but not later then the 30th of September.
The secretary shall convene a Special General Meeting if directed so to do by the President, or by not less then 5 members of the committee, or upon receipt of a written petition signed by 50% of the members of the association and the secretary or president shall call this meeting within 28 days of such petition and
direction.

Subscriptions
|
|
The annual subscriptions to the association shall be voluntary and these
shall be due on the 1st day of September and payable within 2 calendar months from the day due.

Finance
|
|
The financial year of the association shall terminate on the
31st day of July each year.
The committee shall prepare and table at the AGM of the Association A statement of income and expenditure and any reports required by law to be annexed thereto covering the period up to the
31st July of each year.
These are the alterations (or replacements) to the rules marked "A" referred to the annexed declaration of Mr. Anthony Micallef President made before me this 28th day of August 2000.

Powers of the
Committee

The President, Secretary and Treasurer (Finance Officer) shall receive all moneys and
subscriptions and authorise expenditure and will furnish a report and financial statement to the AGM. These officers shall have authority to do any spending, investing for the association. They shall see that no debts are incurred in excess of the Association's assets.
These are the alterations( or replacements) to the rules marked "A" referred to the annexed
declaration of Anthony Micallef ( President) made before me this 28th day of August 2000.
