   ALTERATIONS TO THE CONSTITUTION

No repeal, alterations, amendments, suspension or addition to the Constitution shall be valid unless a motion thereof be carried by three quarters majority of votes of the members present and entitled to cast a vote at a Ganeral or Special meeting of the Association held for this purpose.

No motion to repeal, alter, amend or suspend any rule shall he be put before a meeting unless notice thereof in writing be given to all members at least seven days preceding the day on which it is intended such motion shall come up for consideration.
      

   COMMON SEAL

The common seal of the Association engraved with the name of the Association shall be kept in the care of the President. The persons authorised to use the Common Seal of the Association shall be the President and the Secretary or in the absence of either of them, any one other member of the Committee as the case may be and such seal shall not be affixed to any document except by order of the Committee and such document shall be countersigned by the said persons so using the Common Seal.
   

   DISSOLUTION OF THE ASSOCIATION


The Association shall be deemed to exist as long as there are members. The Association may be dissolved or wound up by a resolution carried by three-quarters of the members present at a Special General Meeting called for the purpose of considering the dissolution of the Association.
Upon dissolution of the Association its assets shall vest in the Maltese Association of Wellington to use such assets for such charitable and/or benevolent purposes having public benefit for the Maltese community.

Should the Maltese Association of Wellington no longer be in existence upon the dissolution of the Association, then the assets of the Association shall vest in some other association, institution or body having objectives similar, wholly or in part, to the objectives of the Association, provided that the Association institution or body shall prohibit the distribution of its income of its members, or it shall be paid to or transferred to some charitable object which association, institution or body or object shall be determined by the members of the Association at or before the time of dissolution or winding up. In the default of any such resolution such payment, transfer or distribution shall be determined by a Judge of the District Court.
