   MEMBERS

A register of Members of the Association shall he kept by the secretary at the registered office of the Association. Members will be classified as follows:

A member shall be a person who has been admitted to membership of the Association pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution.
 

   PRIVILEGES AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS

Every Member shall be bound by and in all respects comply with and observe the provisions for the time being in force of this Constitution and any other rules which may be lawfully made by the Association.

A member of the Association who changes his/her address shall within one month notify such change to the Secretary.

No person shall discontinue membership of the Association without giving at least three months previous written notice of his/her intention to do so.
   

   SUBSCRIPTIONS

The annual subscriptions to the Association shall be voluntary The annual subscription shall be due on the 1st day of October of each year and payable within two calendar months from the day due.
   

   FINANCE

The financial year of the Association shall terminate on the 31st December each year.

The committee shall cause proper accounts to be kept with respect to:

All sums of money received and expended by the Association and the matter in respect of which the receipt and expenditure takes place.
The liabilities of the Association.

The accounts and all books, letters, papers and documents of the Association shall be kept at such place or places as the Committee shall think fit. The accounts and all books' letters, papers and documents of the Association shall always be open to inspection of any Member of the Committee.

The-Committee shall from time to time determine to what extent and to what times and places and under what conditions or regulations the accounts and books of the Association or any of them shall  be open to the inspection of Members not. being Members of the Committee.

The Committee shall prepare and table at the Annual General Meeting of the Association a statement of income and expenditure any reports required by law to be annexed thereto covering the period up to the 31st December of the year.
   

   ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

There shall be a General Meeting of the Members of the Association to be held at a date, time and place to be fixed by the Committee in each year. This will be called the Annual General Meeting and shall be held as soon as possible after the end of the financial year, but no later than the 28th of February.
 
The secretary shall at least seven days before the date fixed for the Annual General Meeting notify each Member, in writing, of the date, time and place of such Annual General Meeting. The Secretary shall convene a Special General Meeting if directed so to do by the President, or by not less than five Members of the Committee, or upon receipt of a written petition signed by 25%.ofthe members of the Association and the Secretary shall call the meeting within 28 days of such a petition or direction.

The written petition requesting a Special General Meeting shall state the purpose of the meeting.

Seven days notice of a Special Meeting shall be given to all members of the Association, in writing. The notice shall contain the date; time, place and purpose of the meeting and no other matter shall be discussed at such meeting.
