A bust of Frans
Baldacchino, il-Budaj, was unveiled at the
Razzett tal-Markiz, in Mosta on Sunday,
March 4, 2007. It was another memorable yet
emotional evening for many, especially when
late Frans’ widow, Mrs. Pawla Baldacchino
unveiled the bust.
Il-Budaj’s bust was specially created and
sculptured by our renowned National Sculptor
and Artist, Professor Anton Agius who was
also present.
An introductory speech was delivered by the
President of Razzett tal-Markiz, Mr. Joe
Bartolo. The reputable announcer, Mr.
Charles Abela Mizzi spoke about Frans’
Baldacchino’s biography and his association
with the Għaqda Filantropika Talent Mosti
which Head Office is at the Razzett
tal-Markiz
Mosta. Frans’ Baldacchino was an honorary
President of the association. |
