On Tuesday, December 12, 2006, the Prime Minister of
Malta inaugurated the traditional yearly exhibition
of Christmas Cribs (Presepji) at the Razzett
tal-Markiż, in Mosta, with the collaboration of
the Head and School Council of the Lily of the
Valley School which sits next to the Razzett
tal-Markiż.
The ceremony took place in the "Frans Baldacchino"
courtyard of the premises. Amongst those who were
present were Mr Joe Bartolo, President of ir-Razzett,
Ms Josephine Mifsud, Head Teacher of Lily of the
Valley School and other celebrities and media.
The exhibition consists of one static crib built by
Jimmy Mifsud and also 30 other smaller cribs built
by various talented individuals. |
