Greetings to all our members

Now that all the festivities are over we start the New Year and hope that better things come our way.

Mrs Christine Patelesio wishes to thank the association and the kind member who returned her DVD from Malta when they realized it was overdue. We also want to show our gratitude for the prompt action taken in this matter.

Our Christmas picnic went very well and we thoroughly enjoyed some good time sharing some nice Maltese delicacies and Orzata. Big thank you goes to all who made the effort and attended the activity. Some pictures will follow.

I also wish to personally thank Mrs Isla Tenbeth from Dunedin for all the information supplied re the First Maltese migrants to New Zealand her ancestors and others who came prospecting for gold.
