She is also involved with the Wellington College of Education, during teaching practices, observing secondary teacher trainees who choose Religious Education as one of their teaching subjects.
Edwige has recently graduated as a Master of Education (Religious Education) through the Australian Catholic University. She intends to
enrol for a doctorate after taking a 'rest' from studying this year. Her areas of interest lie in the effectiveness of Catholic school leadership and assessment and reporting, and intends to pursue one of these areas through further study. Among her other interests is the production of computer programmes for secondary school students and she is currently working on one that covers the history of the Church. She has also co-written four books, published this year, aimed at Health Education teachers in Catholic secondary schools.
